For example; When you start a conversation with a new prospect in Sales Cloud, you can record all your phone calls under the activity section, send an e-mail directly to the prospect without switching to different screens, use ready-made templates for e-mails, and assign yourself tasks for meetings or document sharing. You can make appointments and set up new event and customer invitations from the same screen.
In Sales Cloud, if the candidate is converted into a sales opportunity, the same information will be reflected on the opportunity screen, and you can follow all past and planned activities and tasks on the same screen.
When you need support from your teammates regarding a sales opportunity or the issue you are working on, you can send a message to your teammates from the Chatter section of the Sales Cloud platform and get your answers from the same area. In this way, you can access all information about the past opportunity from a single point at any time.
In Sales Cloud, your daily tasks and activities will appear on the home page, as well as you can review sections such as what needs to be done today, tasks assigned to someone else, open tasks and completed tasks from the tasks tab, you can review the events and tasks you have planned from a single point in the calendar section, and you can view all your and your team's activities in detail in the reports section. You can view all notifications that are shared, followed and forwarded to you throughout the company from the Chatter tab and you can also share from this area.
